From the moment we arrived the hotel took our breath away even before we saw our room. I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Best stay near fuji. The rooms were large and the location is walkable from the station. We loved the little touches like the Japanese style robes and welcome signs for the room. We played games on our little back deck and looked up at Fuji. The room was so clean and had a great onsen in the bathroom for personal use.

The property was under construction and we were told we would have no view and ended up on the 7th floor with one night full view of Fuji with a huge room. The space was enormous. Bigger than most US hotels and the staff helped ship us luggage we left that was very important to us. We ended up having the Japanese meal there which was amazing.

Great stay at the hotel, the staff was very welcoming. We asked for a mattress cover as they were a bit too hard for us with already some back pain. Housekeeping was very friendly and obliging to fulfil this. The outside onsen was tranquil and perfect temperature. Very quiet and conveniently placed hotel. The garden was full of cherry blossoms, too. It was magical.

Vi beställde en av deras ”lägenheter” man fick en hel våning av en villa med stort sovrum, stort vardagsrum/kök som var i öppen planlösning ut mot terrassen med stora fönster och underbar utsikt över Mt. Fuji. Du hade badkar inne och ett ute på terrassen du hade även en bastu. Måste säga att det va helt otroligt vackert. Villan i sig är helt ny och fresh! Personalen va underbar dom följde med oss till villan och visade oss runt. Verkligen 10 av 10.
