Actually I loved everything from the first moment. Interiors are beautiful, amazing staff, attention to detail, I was upgraded to amazing suite as I was traveling with little son. Also no problem with early check in. The view it’s breathtaking! I really loved the pool, gym and kids room. I will be staying there next Thursday again and can’t wait! Spotless !

It is central location only drive 15min to Dubai mall and the downtown. The staff here were fantastic from the front desk to the doormen. Breakfast was great. Location wise it was a bit awkward to get in and out of but after a few days we figured it out. Enjoyed the pool area which was very relaxing. Highly recommendable. Made reservations for tours at the tour desk. Staff booked a PCR test for us at the hotel as we needed this to travel on to the USA
